How do I get started with my Interior Design project?
To get started, simply fill out our Design Questionnaire form. We will follow up via email to schedule a consultation to discuss your design needs, preferences, and goals. From there, we'll provide a detailed proposal outlining the scope of services and confirm service agreement.
How much do your Interior Design services cost?
Our pricing is based on an hourly rate for all services. During your consultation, we will provide an initial estimate based on the scope of the project. The final total will be determined once we allocate the necessary hours and complete the work. We’ll keep you informed throughout the process to ensure transparency and alignment with your budget. If I don’t need to buy new furniture, should I choose the Styling Service or the Room by Room Service?
That all depends on your goals! Our Styling Service focuses on adding decor and accent pieces to enhance your existing space. It's perfect if you're looking to refresh your room with new styling elements without making major changes. The Room by Room Service, on the other hand, addresses everything from layout and functional design to complete room planning, color scheme, cosmetic updates, and placement. If you are keeping some furniture, we simply will work around your existing items in the full design.
Both services include styling, but Room by Room goes a step further by addressing the overall design and functionality of the entire space.
What is the time frame of services?
Our typical turnaround time for completed designs is between 5-10 business days. If there are unexpected delays, the timeline may be adjusted accordingly.
Can I design multiple rooms at once?
Yes! Whether you’re working with us in person or virtually, we can design multiple rooms at once. For larger projects, we may require a few additional days to finalize the design for each space. Virtual projects can be completed simultaneously, allowing us to tackle multiple rooms in a single package.
What is included in a standard design package?
A standard design package includes a full conceptual design with mood boards, a shopping list with product links, mockups, renderings, and layout suggestions (room by room only). Every service also receives a complementary design consultation to discuss the vision and preferences for your space.
How will I receive my virtual design?
Once your design is finalized, we will send it to you via email in a digital format (PDF or interactive mood boards). You'll receive all the necessary files to move forward with purchasing products and implementing the design.
What if a product on the list is out of stock?
If a product included in your design becomes out of stock before you can make your purchase, simply reach out to us. We can help you find an alternative option that suits your style and budget.
Do you offer revisions to the design once it's complete?
Yes! We offer two round of revisions after your initial design is delivered to ensure everything aligns with your vision. Additional revisions may be subject to a fee, depending on the extent of changes requested.
Do I need to buy all the items listed in my design?
No, you are not obligated to purchase every item on the list. The design package serves as a guideline for your space, and we encourage you to choose items that fit your budget and style. Feel free to spread out purchases over time or select alternative pieces that suit your preferences.
How do you handle payments for services?
After all work is completed, an invoice will be sent. Invoicing will be sent via email, and payment is due upon receipt. We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.
How do In-person projects handle the actual construction or implementation of the design?
For in-person projects, we handle the styling, installation, and smaller updates ourselves—this includes hanging art, arranging furniture, and minor painting or decorative touches. For more extensive construction (e.g., wall repairs, electrical work), we will partner with trusted local contractors to ensure your project is completed to the highest standard.
If I opt for Virtual Design, How do I handle the actual construction or implementation of the design?
Our virtual services are 100% virtual. We provide you with the design vision, detailed plans, renderings, shopping lists, and guidance to best equip you with the ability to bring your space to life. However, the physical work—such as purchasing furniture, painting walls, or coordinating contractors—is the responsibility of the homeowner. If you need help finding local contractors or services to implement the design, we recommend researching local professionals.
